Dogwood hosts groups and clubs covering a wide range of activities, we invite you to call these group leaders for more details and information posted below.

MIXED BAG BAND – photo below

We play Bocce every Tuesday from 9.45am to 12 Noon, you are welcome to join in, just show up and ask at the reception for directions to the Bocce lawn.
Dominoes every Thursday at 12.15pm.
South Asian Ladies Group get together for various events, exercises, music on every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 10.30am.
South Asian Cultural Group evening couples group meet once a month on 4th Wednesday of every month at 6.15pm.

Dogwood Friendship Circle is an ongoing, weekly social discussion group open to anyone who would like an opportunity to meet new and old friends on Tuesday afternoons between 1pm.- 2.30 pm. Bring your ideas for topics, your interests and your willingness to share in the range of discussion, topics from current events, local happenings, family histories, or shared experiences. Everyone has an interesting story or opinion to share!

Pre-register for Friendship Circle before attending by calling Dogwood @ 604-927-6089 (press option 4).
Our group meets in the Library and we practice social distancing by having only 8 members each week in appropriately spaced seating in front of the fireplace. Come join us.

LIFE WRITING GROUP Click link here for their stories:
Our Life Writers Group meetings are held on:
4th Monday of every month at 1pm. Everyone over 50 is welcome.
We would like you to join us if you are fond of writing, discussing and sharing, if so, then our group is just for you! We write and share our real-life stories, incidents and experiences. These real-life stories become a part of your family memories and history!
Come and join us, write and share your real-life unique experiences and memories with everyone as well as your children, grandchildren and your future generations. We have 6 stories posted.             

The Dogwood Photography Group consists of amateur and experienced photographers who want to learn how to take great pictures. All camera levels are welcome from point and shoots, DSLR’s and film cameras.
