Public health order update

With the change to the Public Health orders announced by Bonnie Henry, we are providing an update on Dogwood Pavilion Covid practices.
Effective today masks are now optional in indoor spaces.

The City of Coquitlam has followed the PHO as closely as possible throughout and will continue to do so. Therefore, for all groups including programs and activities, masks will be optional as stated and we ask again that groups do not add any additional measures. (In other words, Activity Groups may not implement any additional requirements beyond those announced by the City)

With that said, group leaders are welcome to provide respectful reminders to their members that everyone’s comfort level is different and to be mindful of personal space, etc. Room Occupancies have also been removed as part of the last PHO update.
After April 8thwe will also be removing the need to provide proof of vaccination to participate in programs and activity groups.
