Wednesday, November 1st is an important date for all Dogwood members as the Society’s Ambassadors welcome your membership renewals for 2024 (January through December).

Renewal envelopes are available at the Ambassadors’ lobby desk. We’re all volunteers and will do our very best to have someone available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.
Other times and Saturdays and Sundays MAY be announced, so check this website periodically.

*Renewals are $10.00, cash or cheque only. Please come prepared with exact payment as we are not set up to distribute change. Your membership card must be shown so we can adhere your 2024 label.

Should you arrive and a volunteer is not available, please ask a City staff member at the front counter to escort you to where you can deposit your envelope. They are not permitted to receive your payment but will cheerfully help you get it to a safe place for processing.  You will have to obtain your 2024 label at a time when the  Ambassadors’ desk is open.

With membership renewal season upon us on Wednesday, all members will need to present their membership card so that your renewal sticker can be attached.
We have over 200 membership cards still waiting to be picked up at the Society service desk across from the Dogwood reception area. 

Some of you may think you have lost your card (there is a $5 fee to replace your card). Chances are your card may be waiting for you, so please stop in and check with an Ambassador who will look in our card box.
