The Dogwood Songsters DO YOU LOVE TO SING –

We are a group of up to 50 people who enjoy singing and performing for Seniors.
We practice at Dogwood on Monday, with a short break, and on Thursday afternoons we sing at local Care  Homes to entertain Seniors.
We also perform 2 concerts per year at Dogwood (one at Christmas & I in the Spring) for the Community. We also sing at city or community functions if invited – e.g.- Remembrance Day, and participate with several other choirs from the area to an afternoon of listening and singing to each other,  as well,  we also enjoy a few social outings.
Our Activity fee is $10.00 per year and you must be a member of Dogwood Seniors 50 plus – also a $10.00 fee.
The Dogwood Songsters are proud to represent the Dogwood Pavilion when out in the community.
To become a member you will be required to have a current flu shot, and community police check – this is required for all concerts and performances.All choir members, technical assistants and musicians who gather physically at Dogwood Songsters’ activities (including rehearsals, performances, meetings, gatherings) and are eligible to receive a Covid-19 vaccination, are required to be fully vaccinated.  This is understood to mean that the person in question has received two doses  of a Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccine, and that at least two weeks have passed after the administration of  the second dose.
